Ripoff holding up rebate for 4 months after approval all conditions met consumer fraud Miami Florida

Purchased a mothboard in dec. 2001. It came with a $30 rebate. Filed all paperwork as required before xmas 2001.{Rebate said should be received in 6-8 weeks}. The rebate is being handled by Wheresmyrebate.com, according to ther web site payment was approved in early march{10 weeks after submission} and the check would be mailed on 3/26/02.

Called wheresmyrebate.com several times and each time they told me tigerdirect.com was holding up the rebate payment. Called tigerdirect.com many times and was give the run around for several weeks. Just recently after my third call to tigerdirect they told me the rebate would be paid but couldn't say when. That was in the middle of may.

This is a obvious rip-off because it looks like i am the only one that this is happening to. If it was happening to many people i would have read about it on several of the web boards i surf.
