I purchased a Systemax PC from TigerDirect in February soley based on the promise of a $100. Rebate from the salesperson.
Upon receipt of the PC in March, I sent in all required paperwork for rebate. Over the past several months I have been in contact with TigerDirect and Rebate Resolutions Numerous times and they so far refuse to suply rebate.
Each time I call they say "Call back next week". It has been 8 months now and no rebate.
Unfortunately, it wasn't until much later that I learned of the incredible number of complaints of fraud made against TigerDirect. Just do a Google search of 'TigerDirect' and 'Complaint'and see for yourself.
Bottom line: All required paperwork has been mailed and FAXed multiple times and No rebate. Tiger refuses to assist and are quite rude about it. Amazingly, they were very polite before they had my money.
