My son clicked on a site to download a free ringtone. Latter I discovered a bill on my phone for $13.98 from Spicymint.com. I contacted Spicymint to request a refund. I was assured I would reveive a refund of half my money in 4 to 6 weeks "6.99". It has been 103 days, 14.7 weeks, 3.6 mths and I have not received my refund. I again contacted Spicymint about my claim and was again assured that I would receive a refund in 6 to 7 days. I feel I am entitled to a FULL refund because of there deceptive practices and terms of agreement. I still await the refund.
