The website promises 10-day delivery time but after SIX WEEKS my order still hasn't been received.
- Emails to customer service are returned as undeliverable.
- Phone calls are dead-ended with a mail box full message.
- This is a common and continuing problem with this company as I later discovered.
File a complaint with the CA Attorney General:

If enough people complain, legal action can be taken to close this merchant down.
