Accepted payment for auction on ebay then seemed to disappea

I won an auction on ebay for 3 music boxes. Seller accpeted money through paypal, $338, and seller then never responded and has since not responded to e-mail from anyone. I also have found out since, she has done this to a few other americans, I suppose figuring she won't get caught being in Germany and all.
