I remember I bought an ethernet card from them and they sold it to me for half price because it was used. I was hesitant at first because I didn't like the idea of getting a used product but they said there's nothing wrong with it. When I got back home and installed it, it didn't work. I called the shop and they said I had to call my local internet provider and ask the problem; however, there was nothing wrong with the internet provider since my other roomates had their internet working properly. I asked for a refund but they said that their policy does not accept refunds for ALL USED PRODUCTS. They said that all used product sales are final and that it's the customers responsibility to decide whether he or she should buy the used product or not. I do agree with that statement; however, it should be the company's responsibility to not sell defective products.
I told one of the staff members that the internet is fine, there is something wrong with the Ethernet card and they still refused to give me a refund; instead, they offered me to buy a BRAND NEW ethernet card. I was like f* that I'm out of here.
Just to warn anybody who wants to buy computer products, avoid PC Warehouses at all cost. Go to Futureshop, or any other computer store in the city. I hope the store burns down.
