Their software does not work, and they haven't refunded my money ripoff Chicago Illinois

The radarsync product does not work with Mozilla Firefox. The company promised a refund, but never refunded my Paypal payment.

Here is what the website says:
Q: Does RadarSync have a return policy?
A: Yes, we accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase.in order to receive your refund, please forward the receipt you received with your purchase to [email protected]. If you made your purchase through PayPal, please also provide us with your PayPal email address. Once we receive your request, we will refund your payment and your RadarSync license will be cancelled.
