Unacceptable customer service

I ordered through DoxyLingerie.com on Sept 15th. I paid via my credit card and it was deducted off my account the very next day. I received an email stating my confirmation number and stating i would receive another email in a few days w / shipping details. I choose standard USPS shipping, so i expected it would take a few weeks. On Sept 29th i still hadn't received any email w / shipping details and hadn't received what i'd paid for, so i sent an email to their CustomerSupport email. I never heard anything back. They have no customer service phone number on their website.

They have a choice to "Chat w / a live customer service representative" but everytime i click on it (I've tried it morning, noon and night) i get a message stating "there are currently no operators available." I sent another email today but i have to say that i have given up! I think i got ripped off by an internet company! I'm completely disappointed and I've told all my friends NOT to order from them. This is absolutely unacceptable and very frusterating!
