22 years My wife has been getting a dozen roses for our anniversary, until now. I decided to save a little time and order them online this year instead of stopping by our local florist I used Proflowers.com, My mistake, my BIG mistake!
After paying the $75.97 which included all of their "handling fee's" and "expediting charge" to have them delivered before 1:00pm, I finally had to call her at 2:30 and ask her if she had gotten them. You can imagine how embarrasing that was.
Not as embarasing as her having to tell me "No, I havent". When I called to inquire/complain, I was offered a whopping $3.99 refund. YES, $3.99 from a $75 oreder!
I wont make the same mistake again, and hopefully this will save some one else the embarassment of going through this company and letting a loved one down.
