I have norton and my computer was runnin slow so when it popped up and said free i went after it... Then they said $10.00, and free for privacy cleaner, then $30 for privacy cleaner... After paying $40, they said i need a microsoft expert $200 for one year... Spent the next 3 hours on the phone w someone having remote access to my computer! He said norton had corrupt files in my computer, and that i should delete it... When i called norton, they said fast again was causing problems in my computer because they do the same thing as norton, and the computer doesnt know which one to listen to... I know for a fact that fast again should at least have warned any buyers; that if you already have an antivirus software; that it will conflict with theirs... This is common knowledge for computer experts... Then this $200 a year expert deletes norton through remote access knowing their software wasnt compatible... Had computer problems ever since... Totally got violated!!! Probobly have to get a new computer, and god knows what kind of passwords, and other info. They could have acertained by having remote access to my computer... Spent proboly 12 total hours to get to this point
