Ripoff

I purchased a online bookstore in (March) with spreadtheword.com for $580.00 and domain name for 25.40= $605.40... From the beginning my bookstore site never got working properly because of spreadtheword technical problems! I'm not asking for advertising fees... All I want is my refund back from spread the word of $605.40... I think I've been ripped off... Scam! Help
