Total RipOff Never Buy from Them! Ripped off and scammed

Online their site showed a new in the box Compaq computer with 1.2 gh processor, nice one. Supposedly had Win XP Professional.

Received it, it had Win Me and was a refurb which has numerous problems and a serial number that's been changed. Contacted them to no avail, they could care less.
