I ordered three dvds from DVD Destination order number 19656
on July 16 to be delivered regular shipping 7 to 8 business days.
The dvds I ordered was Cats Ultimate Edition (2-DVD Set)-13.99,
Jesus Christ Superstar -13.99 and Barney Great Adventure (dvd)-10.99 total charge to my visa account was 42.18.
I never receieved anything from this company. I went on chat line on 7-28-06 was told must be lost would reissue a replacement order. Call back on 8-3-06 to verify replacement place, was told order placed on 8-2-06 priority mail should received in 5 business days.
I have yet to received a package today is 8-17-06. I have sent several emails, no reply. Tried to call telephone 631 580-0101 get message to leave name & number, no reply.
I believe I have done all I can do. These people took my money & never sent the dvd. I am very disappoint. I just want my money back now. Please help me. I feel ripoff & very upset about this matter.
