This company packages Open Source free software in a generic package with their logo and offers
it for $2-$3 dollar shipping charge.in 3 weeks time they charge you $49.90 for some cd subscription that is hidden in their Terms of Use policy. But there Terms of Use policy is totally invalid, because their distributing practices under the Open Source licenses (GP, GPL, MIT, etc..) is illegal. Not to mention the clear decieving business practices. I have notified the FTC, as well as the actual creators of the software, and another Open Source legal firm.
