I had ordered Think All's free CD with 4 software packages. I Skimed through the terms of agreements (writen in lawyer jargon) and accepted the shipping and handeling fees.
About a month later I openned my credit card statement and found that I had been charged $49 and change. I looked at the description and learned that it was Think All.
I proceeded to call them up and request that these charges be reversed. I was unable to get any further than the usual, "Sir, you agreed to the terms and agreement."
I was then educated on how it is that Think All scams their money by milking the system. My only desire is that Think All be held accountable to their decieving ways.
