The above referenced internet billing services are engaged in fraudulent and illegal activities by collecting and selling to third parties personal identifying information including the following:

Drivers License Number
Bank ABA Routing number
Bank Account Number
VISA Credit/Debit card numbers

Western Union has already banned online transactions involving this organization. I have already informed my bank, the Attorney General's office in my state, as well as the M* County Police Dept. Computer Crimes and Fraud Division.
