I received a followup call from them after visiting their website. They convinced me I needed their software and books. I reluctantly gave them my debit card number after reptedly asking for it, they told me nothing would be charged to it unless I wanted it. After persistant sales pitches I decided I did not want the stuff, so I told them no Thank You and we hung up. I forgot they had my contact info and address from their website and a few days later I received their package. I called them and told them I never ordered it and they said there was nothing I could do. I told them I was sending it back and wanted to be credited and they got pissed off that I did not want their treasured software and hung up.
So I put Return To Sender on the Package and sent it right back out USPS. I waited a couple weeks for my refund and it Never Happened. I called them agsin and asked for customer service and was sent to an automated line saying all complaints had to be sent in writing. So I called again and talked to a rep and told him the situation. (He was very rude). He looked up my name and said that they never got the stuff back. I told them that was a load of crap and he said I had to have proof that I mailed it back (like tracking Info), knowing that I wouldn't have that information because they never gave it to me.
I told them it was against the law to use my debit card without my permission and he said it was my word against theirs and HUNG UP. The company is dishonest and rude. They will not get away with what they did to my family... My bank is handling the situation now. I hope this helps someone.
