BLUE HIPPO THIEVES, CRIMINALS, RIPOFFS, was told a refund would be given NEVER WAS

First, if a lawsuit is pending, how does one get included? March rcv'd phone call soliciting PC, sounded okay. I took the bait. Pymt from acct wasnt until April 7, but was taken out the 1st.

Never received contract. Called to cancel when money taken out b4 agreed. Rep said she would close acct and no more funds would be taken BUT... For 2-3 more weeks, $44 was deducted from acct.

Called again and spoke to some snotty, rude girl who told me the rep that closed acct and said I would get refunded would not have said that because THEY DON'T REFUND.

I asked "so it's legal to take money from accounts, receiving nothing?" Consumers are just dishing out money cuz we have nothing better to do with it?" Her response, "if you want to look at it that way."

HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY REFUND. I have all my notes and names filed. Want to be included in lawsuit.
