In June after receiving unsolicited direct mail, I went along to a Stores on Line presentation in Bolton, they were very slick presenters. They hyped up a great service where people were making a great online income. We were invited to another workshop in The Lowry Hotel in Manchester.

The event was pure hype were we were promised that they would hold our hands and take us each step of the way to creating online success. We paid top dollar for the service and were led to believe that this would save us time and money as we would be learning how to make our own websites.

When I got home I immediately called my credit card company as I felt something was not quite right. My credit card company, would not let me cancel, and as it had cost me almost 4,000 pounds sterling, I felt I could do nothing but make the best of what I had paid for. I spent months trying to create a website but the software was absolute rubbish and looked sloppy and unprofessional.

Their picture library was circa really naff pictures from the 70s. Which were the ultimate in bad design and rubbish taste. Basically, unusable. I had to get friends to download pictures onto the site. I was given no help whatsover technically, when the site was ready, but not ecommerce ready, the technie from stores on line was meant to add the finishing touches and launch the site. He did not make the changes I had requested or add the hosting and website name, yet told me he had launched it without my permission.

This is the normal lack of service that you will receive from this company from Hell. They have no integrity whatsover and just could not care less. They have been able to go around the world lying and stealing wherever they go and yet they are getting away with it! I am a single parent with a 6 year old son and I have been fighting my credit card company for the last two years to get my money back, they have frozen the interest payment but I NEED HELP from anyone who may have press articles ie from the British Press, or American press where this company has been exposed for the frauds which they truly are.

If any one can shine a light I would be most grateful and I hope no more people are shafted like myself. Please do not buy from this company. They have probably safe guarded their piles of money, but they should not be able to get away with it
