I had purchased 4 parfumes from this website on 6/8. I was then contacted on 6/10 telling me that my order has been shipped. It was scheduled to reach on 6/16 via fedex (trck no 612161730048386). On 16th, the status on fedex for that tracking number showed as package returned to sender. I called up fedex, they said that my package did not have my apart ment number. I checked up the order I had placed and it did have all the details including my apartment number. So due to their fault (AAdams), the package got returned. So I went to their website to look for help or some customer service number, there is none. I then did a google search, and found out a number from superpages on which I have been calling since 16th and left numerous messages.
Also I have been emailing them asking me to give me a call back and to explain me what they are doing about my order. My credit card has already been charged for the full amoount of 56.18 $. I feel that this company is a fradulent company, they don't have any contact information on their website, whatever information I found out, email, phone number, address is all from superpages. I want to report them and if someone from NFIC can help me get my money back. Thanks
