I first signed up for Comcast HSI in May. Everything has been great, except I never received the promo item, a Phillips Funcam camera. I called Comcast numerous times, and was referred each time to "RebateHQ.com" @ 888-784-4561. I have called them every 2 weeks simce July and am told the same thing every time: "Your rebate is valid, and you should receive you camera in 14 days". I called today and was told that I should see the camera in 30 days. I have complained to Comcasr to no avail. BEWARE of any rebates from Comcast.
