My billing cycle started on Feb 15. Theladders.com renewed my membership on 3/17,4/14, and 5/12. I didn't really use the service in May, but when I tried to log-in, early in June, it said my premium subscription had expired. I contacted theladders.com on 6/7 to advise them I didn't receive my full month. They said their terms of service say they can bill me at any time and withdraw my membership at any time. They said no refund would be offered and offered to start a new agreement with me at $30/month rather than my previous $25.
