I purchased a bare bone system, CPU, CPU fan, Monitor Hard Drive from Tigers Direct on April 14 to help my Dad with a new computer. To this date I have not receive any of the rebates promised. The total of rebate are over $250. I have resubmitted my paper work, called and re-called.
Till this date I have not receive a STRAIGHT answer from OnRebate.com. I have asked to speak to the supervisor and I get the runaround. The SCAM is rejecting the rebate by informing customers they send the wrong documents.
I have sent the original emails from TigerDirect, carbon copies and scanned images of the packing slips. NOTHING! The last time I called, they told me they were behind with their resubmissions. This is just another ploy to deceive the customers with the false promises of rebates.
OnRebate deliberately avoid customer's questions and make the rebate process complicated so customers will give up in pursuing the rebates. Because of this experience, I have STOP all purchases from TigerDirect and informed others to avoid OnRebate.com claim of rebates because it is a total scam! How can any business be so dishonest and poorly operated?!
I will try and pursue to get the money back for my Dad because his hard earned money should not be taken by dishonest business by taking advantage of customers.
