I placed an order with this company in April the items were not as pictured, so I mailed them back insured, they received the return and never applied the refund, after several e-mails, I was told that they were having problems with their refund software, would be a few weeks, finally I opted for store credit, place another order just to get my moneys worth as to I did not feel that they would ever issue a refund.
Well now the new order has not shipped and probably never will, they now say there is a delay in shipping orders.
They will not give me a telephone number to call they just keep sending the same form e-mails with the same information on them, so beware, do not order from this shabby company...
