Initially leads you to believe you can find out any information about any person you are looking for 29.00. This is suppose to cover a three (3) year subscription.
After you pay the 29.00 to gain access to the web site "netdetective.com" you will find the information that is available to you is nothing more than you can find by simply using a free service such as an internet phone book like (link deleted - see below).
Even worse is the fact that I looked up my and my wife's personal information and found that this info had not been updated for a minimum of at least six years.
After they charge you the 29.00 to reel you in, if you really want to find out the information that the website touts, you've got to pay an additional 29.99 recurring monthly fee to have access to their "plus" service.
I found this service completely useless and was insulted by the fact that this is nothing more than a compiled phone book that was probably "ripped-off" from legitimate telephone services.
The biggest joke of all was the fact that the only reason why they had any updated information "limited to my name and address" I must note, is because I had to give it to them when I filled out their on-line information form, so they would know where to send any billings.
Be advised, there are other services offered by this same company listed under different names. Be sure to see who is offering there services to you!
