My daughter (a minor) was trying to download music and was asked for CC# to bill $1.00 for the year. After completing the form on Myarch 6, $59.95 was deducted from my bank account and 1 day later, March 7 $99.95 was deducted from my bank account. I have been calling ever since and very politely am given the run-around, i.E., the system is down, the refund dept. Is having difficulties, we can see that you have been calling for over 2 months, I will send ax expedite message to the refund dept. No supervisor is available, and the rep only advised you to check the website, which clearly states that if you cancel they will refund your full amount. I am still waiting and still trying. This I called the music download company and they are also working on having the a Healthy Discound Card removed from their webiste, but there is not much more that can be done. I am going to keep fighting!
