Ripoff lied unauthorized cheated

I signed up for free downloads $1 a month and authorized one dollar. I called the bank and there was a 5995 draft then a 9995 draft. I immediately called the 800 number and was told that it would be cancelled and refunded. This was March. I was told 20 days. This is now May 15 and I called again today to be told that they would put in another request for the billing dept. I asked for the number of the billing dept and they told me they couldnt give it to me. After reading all these reports, i don't know if ill ever see my money.
