I found the company as I needed a web host. I paid them via PayPal link onthier website.
After sending emails for about a week, they still had not set up my account as described in thier ad.
I requested a refund, and they said no, tough luck.
I then filed through PayPal Fraud department, but TopLevel Host Owner Michael Furlong lied outright about the situation and said I was "not happy with the quality of the service", but that he had in fact fullfilled his obligation.
He never did any of it in reality.
I have filed a complain at the BBB, and sent arranged to send out 12 million emails on our system.
Bad idea to rip off a marketing guru.
