Didn't provide service or assistance ripoff

Rented a movie thru the site. Watched it while it downloaded. Movie stopped in the middle, stopped downloading.

By rules of the site one isn't allowed to download again.

NO, it wasn't my computer's fault.

There is no way to get help; call, email, only a physical mailing address.
