As others on this site have attested, Harris Western Publishing is a scam; crappy product and fighting through their system to get a refund nearly impossible. I realized after 10 minutes the product (Net Detective) was total crap, and it took me two hours to figure out how to get a refund and ONLY because I found it HERE.
