Charged my American Express account $9.00 monthly for the last five months.internet

Beginning Feb. 3 they stated charging my American Express account 49.00 each month.

On May 7, I noticed the problem, and notified American Express. I also talked with Sharon at reservationrewards.com I instructed her and she agreed to stop charging my account.

Do you have any advice?

I believe this practice is highly unethical.
