I have called these people at least a dozen times. They drafted 59.95 from my checking account. I was looking for unlimited music downloads and I thought it was 1.00. But, as you can see I was wrong. I asked for my money back several times, I tried to get a mailing address, and haven't been able to get either. If I can find their address I'm going to contact the better business bureau on them.
For now I guess I'll just have to suck it up even though I really need the money. The bank won't help me. I tried to file a fradulent withdrawal charge, and explained to them what had happened, but nothing. I even contacted the bank before 60 days (actually it was only 2 or 3) and they told me that I needed to cantact the people myself and try to work it out.
If anyone knows how to get an address on these people please let me know, or if you know how to get the money back.
