These guys used to be decent, but I'm not sure if they're under new management, or if they've just gone to the dogs over the last couple of years.
I ordered a PC from them and paid for an updated BIOS. They did not update the BIOS and I had to do it myself to get the machine to even boot. Then I discovered they sent the wrong video card in my machine. It was an el-cheapo piece of crap that sells for fifty bucks less than the one I paid for. They replaced it, but tried to charge me for shipping. I stopped that.
Now the machine just occasionally shuts down for no reason. I was told that I would have to pay to ship it back to them to fix it. The warranty only covers parts and labor. I cannot even return it because returns are limited to 30 days and the problems have dragged out over two months now.
Customer support from these guys is a joke. It takes redialing for over an hour to get through (there is no hold function, just an answering machine) and half the time the tech guy barely speaks English.
Oh, and I never got credited for flashing my own BIOS, even when I paid them to do it.
Never do business with these guys. I wish I hadn't. I sure won't do it again.
