I paid my hosting price regulary from 2007. And 2 months before they automatically install VPS plan. But I don't know, I didn't see it. They are saying me: we sent you many warning email! Finally my hosting is suspended. They want from me $400. I didn't approve like this service, they are also saying to me this service automatically installed without asking me. I am trying tell them that I don't know what is VPD, I don't need it. Why did you install it without asking me? They are saying we sent you email.
Ooh my god, they suspended me, and know all of my website close. I am saying please open my hosting that it is $192 per 2 years and I paid it one year ago. I want it. Why did you close me? They say that pay $400. This is not honest way.
And 6 months before, my hosting was hacked.
And when I bought their hosting they said me: unlimited databases, unlimited domains, unlimited banthwith!!!
But they deleted my mysql database without asking or warning me. And than they said me we deleted it because it is too big, If you want to use like this big database, you have to pay more.
And than I wanted my database dump, and delete my db, I will not pay exta.
They are not honest. Unlimited words are big lie. If you don't believe, you can try.
Finally I want my hosting up. But they are not helping me as before. Because I am publishing more than one website on this hosting. All email account, their data, their web sites all of them closed.
