I bought a Sony computer with the monitor, printer, the works, over $2,000.00 worth. I cut off all upc codes, got extra copies of the purchase receipts. I marked each receipt to match each upc code, and whether it needed the orginal or a copy.
This was a chore to figure out, but I did it. I received a card in the mail saying I couldn't have the rebate because I didn't put the right upc code in with the rebate material. I'm contacting the Washington State consumer protection agency next.
