Hp and staples files compliant 0% customer service

I have so much problem that on 4/9/06 my cd tray slid got stuck and i took it off and i dont care why this computer is plague with so many problem that well i want to shot this computer with my m4 and mail it back to hp of what i really i think about there computer

But i will be out of $1000

Hp company is racist and evil and dont care about customer serive they "blame the customer "

They will twist every word and this si the best part that hate when you buy a retail warranty other that there owned

So if you say like me that i bought a staples ext warranty and you tell hp about it not only that will " not " service you call but in order to get any help that will give you the " run around " they are rudes and vendecious people with " no self moral or conscience "

And as for staples well " 2 pea in the pods "

I file a compliant with them and nothing " now i'm think of sue hp and staples for screw me out of $1000 "
