We had placed an order for 30 units of (x box), later notified that prices had gone up (after already transfering the money), so now we are looking at 20 units for the same price minus 140$. We wait for two months only hearing excuses, and we request a refund. They agree to send refund, and we dont receive it.
I have read on several places on the net that this company is doing this to people, just to take their money. Now they are saying that they dont have the money, and if they will, they will send it. They are saying a company named "mixitforme" has ripped them off for 700k and that they dont have money. Now i am out 7650.
Please, if anyone has any advice for me on how I can go about getting my money back, post a reply and ill be happy to contact them via email. Ive also done quite a bit of research on this Lisa Depalma character, so if anyone would like more information on her, her company, and this issue, let me know and I will be glad to tell you all that i know.
I wish i had never done business with these people, and i hope that this didnt happen to too many people. One day we will live in a world where the honest and hardworking thrive, but until then, so long and good luck to you all.
