Sells high end designer clothing and tells you it is authentic when they are replicas! I was told the items I was purchasing were authentic from a high end department store with tags and return labels.
The company who makes the designer apparel I purchased confirmed that the items I received were counterfeit. I immediately contacted Lisa DePalma to return the merchandise and get my money back. Even though the company had already verified they were fake Lisa still insited they were real!
After this, I took a closer look at the merchandise... FAKE! The box says "Made in China" the clothes say "Made in the US" Also, the barcodes on tags (department store return label) all have the exact same number. Contacted her again after this, and now no response. Don't waste your money here. Dishonest people with bad customer service!
Also took 3 weeks to get merchandise to me.
