Description of how you were defrauded:
Well I first bought a program called the Internet Marketing Bootcamp which also stated that it had a Guarantee.
The guarantee with this program was that if i followed the steps outlined and show proof that I have tried to the program i would not only get my initial deposit of $49.95 back but also $200. Cash just for trying.
I'm not so worried about that part of the money, but after about 3 or 4 months I was contacted by Tim cheuvront about a business package that would help me with the Interne Marketing Bootcamp package since I hadn't had any success.
This package was supposed to be for the people who didn't have the time or just couldn't seem to get their business off the ground. This package stated that he would walk you step by step until you got your business up and running earning money. It also states that he would conduct a "just ask" Campaign, which was supposed to tell you what the people were interested in buying.
Then he would build your web page, sales page, download page and thank you page, making this system automated. But the only thing I recieved was the "just ask" campaign and then he told me to write an e-book, which he was supposed to supply references for me to get my information, that didn't happen. I had to do all the research myself and try to write an e-book to sell, which was almost complete when the responses to
my e-mails stopped. I have sent approx 30 e-mails to Tim Cheuvront and tvc-marketing.com, with only one response in the past 2 months.
The response I recieved was from a person named Sharon ReynoldsExecutive Assistant TVC Marketing Inc. Which stated "Hello Phil,
Mr. Cheuvront is in Europe on business and is scheduled to return later this week. I'll add your message to the list of people to contact upon his return." this response I received on 01/24 that was after i had sent 25 e-mails with no response to Tim Cheuvronts e-mail addresses and tvc-marketing.
I have since sent 17 more e-mails with no response and they come back after a few weeks as "not read".
I have tried calling the phone number I have for Him, but it's disconnectd and I can get no response from tvc-marketing either, which in a couple of Tim Cheuvronts advertisements it states that he is the CEO of tvc-marketing.
The Guarantee that came with this business package states " Our Promise to you: If you don't make DOUBLE your money back within two months... We will give you TWICE what you've paid for your package.
No questions asked... No excuses! Show me any investment opportunity where you can double your money back in 60 days or less... And I'll triple your money back!"
I really wasn't worried about the guarantee of the double my money back, I was actually just wanting him to do what was promised in the business package and get my business going!!! I even e-mailed tvc-marketing and asked them if someone else could finish the services that were promised to me, but I never recieved a response.
