I ordered an online auction kit off the internet in Jan. Which I received about a month later. I took a look at the brochure which offered free trials and info on how to set yourself up in an ebay store. I had already been on ebay for over a year and didn't need that kind of info. I didn't sign up for any of the free trials and didn't order any of their merchandise after taking a look at it. I never cared to use any of their services and never received any, yet when I got my credit card statement this month it had two consulting charges of $29.95 each. One on 3/08 and another on 3/13. I have tried to contact them by phone and can't get through to them so I have been trying to reach them by email and so far haven't gotten a reponse. I have emailed them 4 times and attempted many calls to no avail!!! They seem to respond to this site so I decided to report my problems with them here!
