Auction Throttle (billed As Freemoneyon, Billed Phone #s Lead To Freeblvd.com &freeofferdatabase.com) Didn't sign up for free trial, fraudulent charges @ $39.95/month

I had missed these fraudulent charges for 4 months. When I finally saw them I did the research to dispute the charges.

First bill was to "8668823080 GRANT 800-9229038 UT"
Remaining bills were to "8668823054 FREEMONEYON 800-9229038 UT"

Web searched the phone numbers; everything led to FreeBlvd.com. My first email to [email protected] was complete with all the details. Their reply told me to call them but I was reticent to do that because then they'd have my phone number and would ask for other information that may fill in some blanks in their data about me. We exchanged several emails; their customer support apparently is so overworked that their replies are cryptic sentence fragments. FINALLY I called; after giving them the information I really didn't want to they told me that I had signed up for Auction Throttle, that FreeBlvd didn't handle problems with that vendor and gave me the # to call for Auction Throttle (given above).

Auction Throttle told me that I had signed up for an eBay kit with 14 days free, that I had not cancelled and so was billed. I NEVER signed up for Auction Throttle; I know better than to sign up for free trials that auto-bill (even with companies with whom I already do business and trust). Even if I HAD signed up, my credit card company is Citibank and I use their Virtual Number generator for all on-line business and those only last about 30 days; they would not have been able to charge on subsequent months because the temporary number would have expired.

So, as of today the account is closed (got an email from them confirming that but, based on another usacomplaints.com submission, I need to make sure they don't charge again). Now I get to dispute those charges with Citibank and see about getting them reversed. I know: GOOD LUCK!

I can't even say "buyer beware"; I didn't buy this service. Just monitor your credit card bills very closely and jump on the dispute.
