I sent it back registered mail on MONDAY when you claim you sent it out the Thursday before... I just received it this Saturday.
I e-mailed you every day and told you that I still did not receive it. I am not paying another month - do not charge my acct. I already read on the website that this is one of your MANY scams - when someone tries to cancel you make sure they have to pay another month.
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company.
I would like the name and address of who ever is in charge of your company.
I have every e-mail that I sent to you complaining of the service and you did nothing.
Netflix sent me Walk the Line on the same day you supposed did... You can see the difference in delivery time
