Buyer Beware. Do your research on this comany first. You do not get what you pay for. There in breach of my contract as I never recieved any services. They never fixed any problems I called about kept telling me a senior Tech is working on it no matter what the problem was. I terminated my account because never recieved a call from Senior tech there all ghosts as no one has any info including the refund dept who are a message center called www.messageplex.com who will not give out there info just pass on your info. Tired of being screwed I paid $119.00 for an awsome plan but these goobers do not know how to run a business. My page never resolved properly always took 2min to come up and no one will wait that long. My oscommerce did not work and after waiting 3 months total I should have had a working site but it never happend. Been with them for three months and I thought all was ok and felt there support was ok until I kept getting there working on it let me escalate to the senior techs and you never here back. I think the senior techs are the trash can where they drag there so call email of escalation to. All I want is my money for service never rendered back. And to not call me over 119.00 was a stupid mistake on there part which is going to cost them Thousands in the long run. Please there is no service except for non techs that are paid to make you fell good and to listen to your concerns and tell you over and over and over that a senior tech will get back to you. God forbid you ask when because all you get in response is I assure you a senior tech will get back to you. Well I have let go of my ankles and pulled up my drawers and have moved on just want to stop anyone else from makeing the same mistake. Sorry for misspellings to pissed off and tired to correct but you get the point.
