This company makes claims that they can provide legal downloads to all kinds of music and video files and will provide the necessary tools for free to do so. Once I paid the membership fee I was directed to a page which instructed me to download Limewire, a service which is free to anyone, and to be careful not to make illegal downloads. What a ripoff and scam. Their offer included a 7 day trial period, and when I tried to call and request a refund, all I got was voicemail which said that I could not leave a message because the mailbox is full. After trying repeatedly to talk to someone to request the refund, I was finally able to leave a message. No one has returned my call and I have tried again and again to call them with nothing but voicemail answer. I made the choice to try this service because I did not want to download anything illegally.
