I was so unsatisfied with the product I requested my, refund per their guidlines, within hours of making the purchase. After creating to support tickets (which is the only way to contact them) and more than 30 days, there is still no response.

This site is another joke. With a promise of help if you are not satisfied or have problems with a company they reccomend I had a glimmer of hope and sent them an e-mail today. This was the response I got:

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message
to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry
it didn't work out.
