Biased treatment of sellers Wrongly accused

Recently we listed several items for sell on Ebay. All items were authentic Louis Vuitton murchandise. We sold several item to very satisfied customers. We had been reselling LV for several years prior to selling them on Ebay. We had one unsatisfied customer that was not happy with their item. They had believed that the item was not real. So I encouraged them to take it to an LV Boutique and have it authenticated. They refused, and stated that they just didn't want the item anymore, so I refunded their money back. To top it off the buyer then states that they honestly didn't know if the item was a fake, they had never seen a real LV before. So, next thing that I know is that the buyer is sending me hateful emails because I ripped them off. I refunded the buyer's money, minus the shipping charges. All of this info was on my listing, and explained to the buyer before she bought the item.

Well, we listed a couple more items back on Ebay. THe next thing that I know is that Ebay pulled my listing because they said that my items were reported replicas. None of my items are fake. I asked Ebay how to resolve this issue so that I could continue selling, and they said that I needed to send an email, which I did.in ebay's first email they claim that LV informed them that my items violated the copyright policy. Now I know that that was not true.

In Ebay's second email they say that they now pulled my listings because:
"Unfortunately, there were certain indicators in your auction that are common with known fraudulent listings. Please understand that we at eBay are not personally in a position to judge the authenticity of high profile items listed on the site. As a consequence of questionable elements in your listing, we could not allow the items you had listed on eBay."

This is bogus. I know that there are several sellers on Ebay that are scammers, but I am not one of them. I have never sold a fake LV item in my life.

I feel that all of this has happened because of the difficult buyer that we recently had. They are a Power Seller, and we are just starting out. Our feedback rating is still 100%. I contacted Ebay to find out what they needed us to do to verify that out items were in fact real LV murchandise.

I would appreciate any help that anyone could give me. Thank you.
