On Feb. 17 we made a purchase through big-e they sent billing information we sent them a money order they sent email comfirming they recieved payment, and within 12 hours of shipment we would recieve a tracking number and conformation item was sent. We have recieved nothing since the comfirmation of money recieved. We have e-mailed and called but nothing. The product purchased is a Dell Axim x51v Pda amount of money sent $239.10, I still have all emails and recepts. My order # is 3439 and custemer ID is 3469.
