Rebate ripoff claims they havent recieved the rebate materials

I have a pretty good experience about rebates in general
i have recieved about fourty reabtes from circuitcity so far with no problem but in my first experience with dlink they just claimed they havent recieved my rebate submission and surprisingly they dont have the rebate form i have purchase receipt and copy of barcode but dont have the rebate form so they wont send a twenty dollar rebate for a router that i bought in nov twenty fifth
