I purchased a very expensive performance part for my truck from this website. They sent me notifications that it had been sent by Fed ex and the USPS both said they had delivered at times that I was home and available to pick up the package. I think they sent bogus shipping info and somehow made it look like I had recieved my shipment when in fact I did not. I called the 1800 number to get some assistance but every possible avenue led to their system hanging up on me every time I tried.
I have gotten no explanation or help from them and don't believe they will ever respond to my claims and complaints and I am down $239.87 with no part and no answers.
