I sent a money order to Brian Cilette at Urbanhotlist.com for $24.95 to get a list of wholesale suppliers in the mail. Two weeks later I still have not received anything or heard any type of feedback. I then sent an e-mail to check on the status and it was never returned.
I then decided to do a google search to get some more info on the company and read some customer feedback (something I wish i'd done earlier) and all I found was links to random website message boards where this company left tons of spam! It's funny that a company that has a no spam policy and even a "scam alert" section on their website likes to spam and scam regularly.
I know $24.95 is a relatively small amount to complain over, but it's the principle of the whole thing. I was looking for someone to do regular & honest business with... Obviously it's not urbanhotlist.com.
